Computer Repairs

Our service charges* are structured to reflect the narrowing gap between the price of a computer repair and a new computer. If the quoted cost of repairing a computer is uneconomical, we will always let you know before you commit yourself to a costly repair.

At our base

£25 for the first half hour.

£45 for every hour after that.

Our service charges are capped at two and a half hours. So if we spend longer than that on repairing your computer, that is still the most you will be charged for labour. Please call us for more information, on 0800 043 9310 or 0207 736 5558.

When we come out to you

£60 for the first hour.

£30 for every half hour after that.

* Prices do not include parts.

Other electrical items 

As TVs, Hi-Fis, camcorders, cameras and other electrical appliances vary extensively (depending on their make and model), we believe it would only be fair to our customers if we addressed every problem individually and gave an estimate of the cost accordingly.
